Managed PROFINET-Switch 8-Port Helmholz 700-850-8PS01
With the PROFINET switch 700-850-8PS01 from Helmholz you can connect up to 8 network users at a time- and save costs. One of the most important functions is the prioritization of PROFINET frame traffic in your machine network. The managed switch differentiates e.g. whether the frame is a web request, an FTP file transfer, a media stream or a PROFINET frame. This helps in the case of a high transmission load to prioritize the important frames . Thus frame losses can be prevented. With the supplied GSDML file, you can easily integrate the switch into your automation environment in the typical manner. Furthermore, the PROFINET switch offers the option of diagnostics and/or configuration via Telnet or SSH. The supported PROFINET protocols, such as LLDP, DCP and even diagnostic alarms can be easily configured and managed.
