2. Create and administrate account
A customer account helps you to directly access all orders you have placed with the web shop at any time. In the order status, you will find the processing step of your current order. When you enter the package tracking code, you can track the route and the delivery time of your package online. You also save time since details, once they have been entered are automatically retrieved after successful login. You have access to your stored customer details and can change them at any time. Moreover, you can also view your wish list and submitted reviews.
In the menu bar at the top, select "My account" and enter your email address and password. Your account details will be displayed and can be changed at any time.
Sign in at "My Account" entering your old email address and your password. Go to "My Account", "Manage Addresses". After entering your new email address and password click on "Change email address".
Click on "My account" in the header. There you can change your address via the button "Manage addresses". Existing addresses can be changed by pressing "Edit address." New addresses can easily be created via the button "+ New address".
Please note, however, that you can only change the invoice and delivery address for the payment method PayPal in your own PayPal account since we get your details directly from PayPal.

The easiest way to check if your shipment has already reached its destination is the proof of delivery from UPS.
Simply follow the tracking link sent to you by email. As an alternative, you can directly enter your package number on the UPS website.
You will usually find the status "delivered", the name of the person who accepted the package, the date and the time of delivery.

Click on "My account" in the header. Next to the question "Forgot password?", click on "Request now!". Enter your email address and you will receive a newly registered password via email. Once signed in you can create a new customized password.
Go to "My Account" and then click on "Change Password". Enter your old password and the desired new password. Then simply click on "Save password".
4. Items / Assortment
In order to always offer you attractive prices, we rely on a concentrated portfolio. We are also not present at trade shows and do not have any on-site sales team with branch offices. We pass on the resulting cost savings directly to you.
When you have an article in the shopping basket, we check the availability and reserve it for you in a second step at the checkout. In individual cases, it is possible that the last piece of the article is bought by another customer before the reservation is made.
All products offered are new items in original packaging from the prominent manufacturers.

To place items on your personal wish list, you can simply press the "To wish list" button on the product detail page. This guides you directly to your wish list. You can also access your wish list via "Your account", which you can access through the button in the header. There, you can also edit your wish list and, when required, place items in your cart.
To review items please sign in. Then click on the button "Write a review". You can then review and comment on any product. Posted reviews can be viewed and, if needed, deleted via the button "Posted reviews" in "Your account".

5. Price policy
Our prices are already greatly discounted and considerably below the recommended retail price of the manufacturers. You do not pay any charge for minimum quantities, but are not granted any discount on larger quantities, either. Discounts are only granted as special offers we feature in our newsletter. 6. Ordering process
Collect all items in your shopping basket and before proceeding to the checkout. Please note that there are shipping costs for each purchase order.
The representation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but is only an online catalog of a non-binding character. By clicking the button "Submit", you place a binding order for the items in the shopping basket. The confirmation of the receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending off, by means of an automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract has been brought about.
7. Payment methods
You can choose among the following payment methods:
- Payment on account (net 30)
- Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express)
You can redeem a voucher in your shopping basket. Put your voucher code into the box labelled "Your voucher code", then proceed to checkout afterwards.

Yes, simply go to "My account" and click on "Manage addresses", then on "+New address".
Delivery time depends on your destination and service type.
The tracking link we sent you by email helps you to track your package so that you always know where the shipment you expect is at that moment. You should also look for a package delivery notification in your mailbox.

As a standard we ship via UPS Ground. Expedited delivery services will also be processed via UPS.
