This, in combination with the detailed information and product comparison feature, should make the product selection and ordering process as user friendly as possible for you. Our service team is gladly at your disposal should you have any additional questions.

Our customer service staff all have industry expertise and receive continuous training to be able to always offer you the best advice on our products. The team is available for you Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST.

Automation24 guarantees the quality of our products, and offers a 2-year warranty on all of the items we sell. If you experience any defects or malfunctions with your purchased items within 2 years of shipment, our customer service team would be happy to work with you on replacing the defective product as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.

Your security is important to us. We want you to know that your data is safely protected. Therefore we have had our shop EV-SSL certified. By Extended Validation due to stricter public procurement directives with respect to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) your data is fully secured.

Individualized payment and delivery options

In our online shop you can choose between different payment methods. In addition to credit card payment and PayPal, payment via invoice is also available (30 days net).

As a standard service, we provide our customers with the UPS Ground shipment. Upon request we also offer expedited options.
