How to return products
If you need to return products, there are two possible processes:
1) Non-Warranty Returns, such as ordering errors, shipping errors, specification errors, etc.
2) Warranty Returns.
Both processes require you to obtain a return authorization (RA) before returning the products.
Guidelines for Non-Warranty Returns
- Contact customer service by calling 800-250-6772 (free) or via email at mail@automation24.com
- All non-warranty items must be unused, free from damage, and returned in like-new condition.
- Original purchase order number, item number, and quantities must be discussed at time of RA.
- Products must be returned in original packaging, including original documentation.
- Return all approved parts within 2 weeks of RA issuance.
- Shipping box must be clearly labeled with RA number. Download address label here.
- The sender is responsible for appropriate packaging of the items for safe arrival at our facility.
Guidelines for Warranty Returns
- Contact customer service by calling 800-250-6772 (free) or via email at mail@automation24.com
- Warranty items are for products used in service that no longer function as expected.
- Failure and application details must be provided for each part being returned.
- Return only the parts discussed on the RA.
- Return all approved parts within 2 weeks of RA issuance.
- Shipping box must be clearly labeled with RA number. Download address label here.
- The sender is responsible for appropriate packaging of the items for safe arrival at our facility.
